1. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please review the conditions below:

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the DNA testing kit has not yet been shipped. Contact us at support@lifexpansioncode.com as soon as possible.
  • After Shipment: Once your kit has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted. 
  • Digital Reports & Services: If you purchased a DNA analysis or digital report, cancellations are not possible once the analysis process has begun.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Because our DNA testing kits and personalized reports involve a customized and scientific process, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once a DNA kit has shipped.

3. Subscription Cancellations (If Applicable)

If you signed up for a subscription service related to DNA-based coaching or ongoing reports:

  • You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
  • Refunds for past subscription payments are not provided, but you will continue to receive services for the remaining period of your subscription.
