At Life Xpansion Code, we are committed to providing the highest quality DNA testing and personalized health reports. Due to the nature of our services, we have a strict return and refund policy to maintain the integrity of our testing process and ensure customer satisfaction.
1. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please review the conditions below:
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the DNA testing kit has not yet been shipped. Contact us at support@lifexpansioncode.com as soon as possible.
- After Shipment: Once your kit has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted. However, you may return an unused, unopened kit in accordance with our return policy (see below).
- Digital Reports & Services: If you purchased a DNA analysis or digital report, cancellations are not possible once the analysis process has begun.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
Because our DNA testing kits and personalized reports involve a customized and scientific process, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once a DNA kit has been opened, used or a report has been generated. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or refund request is necessary. Please review the conditions below:
Unused DNA Testing Kits
- If you purchased a DNA kit and have not opened or used it, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping fees.
- The kit must be in its original, unopened packaging to qualify for a return.
Damaged or Defective Kits
- If you receive a damaged or defective DNA kit, please contact us at support@lifexpansioncode.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will replace the defective kit at no additional cost to you.
Lost or Unreceived Kits
- If your kit was lost in transit or never arrived, please contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date.
- We will verify your order and arrange for a replacement kit to be sent.
Digital DNA Reports & Services
- Due to the personalized nature of our DNA analysis, once a report has been generated, we cannot offer refunds.
- If you believe there was an error in your report or need assistance interpreting your results, please reach out to our support team, and we will work to resolve any concerns.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@lifexpansioncode.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- If approved, return your unused kit in its original packaging to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Subscription Cancellations (If Applicable)
If you signed up for a subscription service related to DNA-based coaching or ongoing reports:
- You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
- Refunds for past subscription payments are not provided, but you will continue to receive services for the remaining period of your subscription.
