At Life Xpansion Code, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Please review the details below regarding our shipping methods, delivery times, and policies.

1. Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
  • If an order is placed after business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays, it will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer ground shipping on all orders. Life Xpansion Code only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. Please allow for processing & fulfillment time on top of the following delivery standards for orders to arrive.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@lifexpansioncode.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
  • Life Xpansion Code is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.
  • Some countries have genetic testing restrictions; please verify that DNA testing is permitted in your country before ordering.
